Republican Form of Government

Republican Form of Government: Our Country was created as a republic. The framers of the Constitution designed it this way as a recognition that politics is local and that un-constrained democracy was a road to mobacracy and eventually to tyranny. What affects us at the local level is what is important to us and is locally is where we get to choose representatives that work for our good instead of their selfish interests. Unfortunately what affects the U.S. Congress is K street and the money that drives special interests. The Founding fathers were insistent on a Republican Form of Government when they created the Constitution.

Focus on the FourC is Correcting our Broken Federal Government

Our focus of the moment is on national issues and Congressional elections. We are to become effective we must also consider local issues and property issues seem to be in that forefront. We will need issue authors for the State and Local. For a description of particular state issues go to stateline.org.

How Does one Vote when a Vote means Endorsing the Current Corruption of a Major Party?

Since we have not intent of becoming a third party we will select the best of the bunch in terms of the issue that affect us. "None of the Above" write-in votes is another way. when none of the candidates seem appropriate. Unity08 is another failed example of a way we might consider. "None of the Above" ballot efforts were a major force in Western states, and some of those web sites are still up. See Nota"

Avoidance of Hate and Ethnocentricism is Key.

In our protest efforts we must avoid those individuals that engage in, or encourage, violence and destruction as an acceptable national tool of change. Avoiding those groups that advocate accommodation with hatred and tyrants so as to reach "peace at any price" is also essential. Police and international force will be necessary until our world has figured out how to deal with psychopaths and sociopaths at local and international levels. Peace, while a desirable condition, is a status that cannot be obtained by inaction against psychopaths, except for the dead.

Money to those Candidates that we support is the most important Vote we can make. See the addresses and information on nation wide candidates that can help turn out broken government around. See XXXXX
